​​Consultations with our doctors are undertaken as a face-to-face consultation or  Teleconsultation by phone when necessary .    Teleconsults are available for patient's at risk, and by arrangement.  Normal consultation costs apply to teleconsultations.


Whilst we welcome patients attending for consultations when possible, please note the following precautionary conditions restricting Entry to our practice.

  • If you are feeling unwell, have any respiratory symptoms or fever-Please remain in your car, call us 0298752311 and we will assess or reschedule your appointment.

  • The patient only to enter waiting room please. – if an interpreter is needed then one only person may accompany you.

  • Maximum 6 patients are permitted in the waiting room at any one time.  If the waiting room is full, please remain in your car until space allows.  Call us on 02 98752311 to advise you have arrived. Sit well spaced from other patients in the waiting room.  [Seats placed together are for patients in the same family who travel together ]

  • Please check advertised HOT SPOTS – If you have been in one of these places, please remain in your car.  Call us 0298752311 to discuss before entering the waiting room.

  • Use Hand Sanitiser provided before entering the waiting room.

  • Masks should be worn  if our waiting room is full and you are unable to maintain adequate social distancing.  If you do not have your own mask, please ask receptionist to provide one for you.

  • Please scan QR code on entry

  • Complete a Corona Virus Questionnaire before entering the waiting room,  take it and the pen you have used to the reception staff.

Please be aware of individual precautions you can take :

  • Follow C19 protocols and Self-isolate for 14 days if you have recently returned from overseas,   or have been in contact with someone who has.

  • Wash hands thoroughly and often with soap and water, OR  hand sanitiser 

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth, especially with unwashed hands

  • Cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing

  • Avoid close contact with people who have symptoms of respiratory illness

  • If you have symptoms of respiratory infection or have been advised to self-isolate - please do not attend Pennant Hills Gastroenterology or Pennant Hills Day Surgery for consultation or procedure.  Call our rooms 98752311 to advise and reschedule
